• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yep, we sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks (typically quicker) to arrive due to our custom item nature - we make everything as you order it, we don't have it sitting on a shelf. It also depends on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 3 and 5 weeks.

• Do you accept custom orders for items not in your store?

• Will you ship a package to someone other than myself as a gift?

  Yes! Please email us directly with this information so we can ship the package to the correct person - also include a date that the item is needed by, if we don't think we can meet the deadline, we'll let you know!

• Where can I find fabric samples?

  You can see suggestions of fabrics for custom products at www.southforwinter.net

  Remember, what we have listed is only suggestions - if you are wanting something specific and it's not shown there, we will do our best to custom shop just for you so the item(s) you want meet your specifications!

• What is Storenvy?
